Diet is a huge part as well as exercise. I didn't get any periods because of my weight. I also took chaste tree berry which helped get periods and in turn helped with ovulation. I mostly walked and played Kinect on the Xbox for my exercise at first with being 300lbs I couldn't do much but then I got into Zumba and I fell…

I have PCOS it took me 7 years and dropping 135lbs to finally conceive it was such a struggle. Now my son is 2 and I've gained back back 90lbs :( and I'm trying to lose weight again

Well my first time around my motivation was getting pregnant (I lost 135 lbs before I could finally get pregnant) now I am struggling a bit, but I have a picture that was taken of me last April when I was almost to my goal weight so I look at that and I troll the success stories board... think thin thoughts... think thin…

I've lost about 125 lbs, and it honestly took me about 2 years. But I fell off the wagons a few times, it all depends on how much you are really willing to put into this. I can tell you that my 125 lbs really wasn't as hard as this last 20 I am trying to lose, I haven't lost anything in over a month, so just remember to…

Thank you, I have thought about just holding off for a little while, but I am just so scared of gaining weight back, I used to be just under 300 lbs and I never EVER want my weight to get like that again. I guess I am just not confident in myself that I can have the self control to maintain weight, even if I do get to the…

I grow peas in a 5 gallon bucket, you can get like 4 plants in one. And if you got a really big plant pot you could grow a salad mix.

When I read this I was like OMG that is so me! I try to buy something different every week because if I have it in the house at the same time I will have a total pig out, but some of the things I rotate through are... Jell-O Dark Chocolate Mousse, Hoodsie 100 Calorie Ice Cream Cups and Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans (only a…

I am not a guy, but I went from 292 to 175, and I think a guy just wants a woman who is confident in herself and presents herself well... but that's just me

I am down 120 lbs and only went from a 42 F to a 36 DDD, mine are still pretty massive if you ask me lol but I haven't had any children so I don't know how much that will change them

I'm 5'7" I started at 292 and am now at 175 I really only want to lose another 25-30 lbs *fingers crossed* it's starting to get a lot harder but I can keep pushing forward. I mostly just watch what I eat (cut out soda, fast food and coffee) and I try to play the XBox Kinect just about everyday...

i guess I am probably just stuck with them, when I gain weight that's where I gain first and when I lose weight that is where I lose last grr. But the women in my family aren't overly busty, I guess I just happened to be blessed, lucky me *rolls eyes* Thanks for the feedback everyone :)

My sister in law telling me about MFP was the most helpful thing anyone has done for me :)

It may take her a little longer to start shedding the pounds, it took me a good 2-3 months before I really saw a difference on the scale, I actually saw it in the way my clothes fit first.

I buy pants a size smaller and hang them in my bathroom so that I have to look at them everyday.
-
I buy something that I really love in the next size down (new jeans is a good one) then I hang them in the bathroom so I have to look at them every single day until finally that moment comes where they fit!!!

I met my husband when I was 18 (I am now 25) I had just got out of high school. We've been married 4 years as of yesterday :)

Thank you. I know that you are supposed to get your cycle every month I just never have and never thought that I would. I am very curious if this has happened to anyone else and if it really is a direct result of my weight loss.
