A contigo bottle with a straw. Seriously, I drink 10 glasses of water vs my zero or 1 glass before. Something about the straw and being able to take it with me everywhere.

I would suggest eating more. Look up EM2WL in the community. I weigh 275. I am 5'-10" and wear a size 22. I eat 2000 calories a day and am losing.

I do over a weeks time. I just try to keep my weekly "average" below what my limit is.

I thought I was lactose intolerate for years, even though straight milk doesn't bother me. Cheese, cottage cheese, etc always did. I found out I am alergic to yeast. It is in everything. But, now I can drink my lattes with no problem. Just no yeast for me :(
