Here's What I would suggest: For breakfast, you can make an egg n cheese sandwich. English Muffin (130-150 cal) 2 lg Egg Whites (~20 cal) Cheese of your choosing (give or take 50 cal., or omit!) That sounds like a good system! I try to do that also, either by keeping it every Tuesday or every Thursday, and I only weigh myself at the gym. So then I HAVE to go to the gym if I want to know how much I weight, and then I have to workout since I'm already there of course. :P

SAME HERE! :) I just made zucchini (green squash) spaghetti last night for the first time--I cooked it up with some baby portabellos and a smidge of parm and it was SOO good! I call is Zu-'sgetti :D

hmmmm this is very tempting, and well timed!! I bought this last week and haven't tried it yet. I had convinced my bf to do the "trouble zones" video with me last week and we were both in pain for 3 days after..... :( So I guess I've got to work myself up to this one by Monday then, hunh! :D
