I totally bombed on my three day weekend but after eating and running these past two days I feel much better. If I keep it up to 20k steps a day I can beat the weekend and I know I will see my scale move by Friday (fingers crossed)

I just finished day 2 of week 2 in the program. I have to say this week is harder but I love the challenge! I am not doing it to run a marathon or anything I just really want to look good naked ☺️. I am down half a pound but I am hoping to shed more by this weekend ( fingers crossed) !!! Good luck to you all!!!

I have been on the fence about fit bit and heart rate monitors. Mostly the fit bit though. Thank you for all of your posts. How would I improve my sleep if it says that I have bad sleeping habits? Is the cheaper version as accurate?
