Oh and if we're counting fishing as "hunting", I absolutely love to fish. :)
-
I checked to see where you're from since you mentioned FL - I grew up in the same area you live in now. My dad used to hunt the fields that used to be where the Palm Beach Mall is when he was growing up. Lots of wild boar. Where are you planning on hunting? FL or GA?

Hmmm... That sounds like the healthiest lifestyle change you'll make in your life. ;) I'm sorry you have to deal with her passive aggressiveness, but it's good that you can see it for what it is and are working to get out of the toxic environment.

^This.

I was waiting for her to break out the Taser.

Men and women speak entirely different languages. Learn to communicate with your spouse in his language and vice versa.

Praying for your peace of mind/heart and energy/strength and for your dad's quick and complete healing. I hope you get some rest!

I'm glad you added him back with the explanation that you gave him and pray that he will respond positively to your request to be more supportive of your efforts.
-
That sounds awesome! Good for you that you're going to do that!
-
Bahhahahaha! Good point! :D
-
Yikes!! Thanks for the affirmation that I made the right choice.
-
Ohhh...that's kinda deep. :glasses: I have to confess that this probably wouldn't work for me b/c *I* don't always understand me. lol

No misunderstanding. You said people not doing what they want frustrates you, so I wanted to make sure you knew you didn't have to be frustrated for me. ;)
-
Get one on your ankle like I did. If my ankles ever sag, I've got bigger problems than a saggy tattoo! lol
-
I traveled quite a bit as a 20-something, but not nearly as much as I would have if I could have afforded it. The month I spent traveling through Europe was by far one of the best experiences of my life and I can't wait to start traveling more again as my kids get older/easier to take on extended trips.

If I really wanted the nose ring, I would get one - and my husband would still love me. I promise I'm not suffering any for not having one. My life as it is is very fulfilling. If i never do any of the things I mentioned, I will still die happy. :flowerforyou:

Have you seen the fake arm sleeves that look like sleeve tattoos? I'm seriously contemplating getting one or two - but haven't b/c I'm afraid they'll just make me look like a ginormous dork. :blushing:
-
Do it for Halloween - the hair, I mean. You're gorgeous and I think it would look stunning on you! :)
-
Do it! The only thing that every changed the curliness of my hair was pregnancy hormones. One pregnancy took all the curl out and the next one I got it back. :noway:
-
Nooooooo!
-
Yes, yes you are - considering your pics show that you have two of the things on my "want" list. lol
-
 That's pretty much why my tattoo is on my ankle. I briefly considered getting a tattoo around my belly button when it was pierced in my 20s, but re-considered since I didn't know what pregnancy would do to it. I'm sooooo glad I re-thought that one now after 4 kids!
-
Hey Jenn! I have 4 kids, also - 10 yr old son, 7 yr old son, (almost) 2 yr old daughter and youngest daughter will be 4 months tomorrow. Welcome! :)
-
If you were single would you have said yes? I wonder if people would laugh at a couple if they asked where they met and the answer was Walmart? haha Ok - I'll stop hating on Walmart now. ;)
-
Outstanding update!! :flowerforyou:

I was in Walmart a few months back and passed some guy as I was exiting off an aisle. I got about 5 feet away and heard, "You're beautiful" come from his direction. I turned and looked back and he was staring at me. *skin crawls* It was just creepy the way he said it and how he was looking at me. Besides - being called…

If you want more cheerleaders, you might need to add more friends. I love cheering on the people on my friends list and I get a decent amount of support in return. :)
