I'm 19! :)

Eat what I want IN MODERATION! Portion control will help me make wise choices, but if I slip up, realize it won't be the end of the world... Not to mention I'll burn some major calories later on that night until the wee hours of Friday with BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!!! ;)

This is incredibly inspiring. You both look great, and congrats on the beautiful baby!!!

I bloat horribly during my TOM and I've learned to just not get discouraged by the number and realize that it is more than likely only water retention and nothing more. If you can, just hold off on weighing yourself around that time to save yourself the worries!

Flaunt my new and improved self all over everywhere from updated photos on facebook to meeting up with people I haven't met up with in ages. I also plan to go out and buy tons of new clothes...although I do that all of the time anyway. ;)

I'd hope for anywhere from 6-8 pounds!

In my opinion, absolutely! For starters, they are there to support you and cheer you on when you have a great day of eating or a fantastic workout or when you lose weight! They are also there to tell you tomorrow will be better when you slip up and go on a massive junk food binge. Something I've found to be very helpful is…

As long as you aren't eating shovel fulls of it, I would say keep it in! I love peanut butter, and I was having this same question awhile back, and people let me know that although it contains fats, they are fats that are essential to us! Therefore, as long as you watch the caloric intake of it, you will be perfectly fine!

This entire topic is just incredibly confusing to me. I've been losing weight just fine with my 1,200 calorie goal, but are you guys saying I could be losing more and quicker if I ate more? Or does it depend on your lifestyle and how much exercise you endure? I'm up to eating more if that will help more, but I live a…

I am in the same boat! It's as if I fear going over 1,200 so much that I can't even bring myself to get near it, and it upsets me that I've let myself get this consumed by the number. I really don't know how to get over it.
-
I RARELY eat out anymore. It's crazy how quickly the pounds can fall off and how full my wallet can stay when I don't eat fast food for every meal. ;)
-
I'm 19! I'd love to be mfp friends with anyone who is around my age and trying to lose weight, as well!
-
Mine is 1,200. Feel free to take a look at my food log. I'll admit it can be unhealthy sometimes with my processed frozen diet dinners, but I've been unable to give them up just yet...:P

I completely understand! I'm 19 and in my first THREE MONTHS of living on my own, I gained 18 pounds! Eighteen pounds in three months is nearly unheard of in my opinion, but when you live off of wine and Taco Bell, it's bound to happen, right? I definitely struggle when my friends want to go out to eat multiple times a…

The other day, I felt a desperate need for sugar, and as I scoured the fridge, I came across a jar of hot fudge. I literally ate it out of the jar with a spoon. A few spoonfuls, and I felt horrible, but in the morning, I didn't even weigh any more than the day before, and I let it go and am carrying on with my weight loss…

If anything, you CONQUERED extreme temptation! I'm going to be honest and say I wouldn't have handled it that way. I would've had twenty cookies. Two is probably a normal portion! Congratulations!

I coat the pan with zero cal spray butter, but I think she suggests coconut oil in the video or just a regular pan cooking spray.

I'm around 5'2", 19 years old, and currently 130 pounds. When estimating, I believe I'd be happy anywhere from 105-115, but I will decide once I near my goals. I think with the muscle I'd like to acquire, it will be closer to 115, but I'm not sure yet.

I document my body with pictures every week. I even go as far to take pictures of my face from the side to see my double chin shribble up! Haha, it sounds ridiculous, but I can not see my progress until I put the photos side by side, and suddenly I can see the progress. I've lost fifteen pounds and am still struggling to…

As long as you are sure to completely combine the egg and the banana, no, they will not turn out like an egg omelette! They really do end up with a pancake consistency. I enjoy the egg white idea... Sounds fluffier and would be more convenient since I never use whole eggs. I just buy egg whites. As far as the blender goes,…

I do, but I don't know how to post photos to message boards? :/

The pear and the apple idea are BRILLIANT! Definitely going to have to try them. As far as her videos go, you should consider them! I did the stiletto leg workout two days ago and my legs are still feelin' the burn! Haha, but I agree with the batter issue. The first time mine was very lumpy and strange, but when I started…

I would assume normal weight fluctuations on top of the muscle that you are probably building is the reason for the weight gain and change. If you've lost inches, I don't think the pounds really matter too much! You'd be surprised when you weigh more than your starting weight, yet look better than you did when you were…

I've eaten them as is and tonight I had a lot of extra calories so I added syrup and chocolate chips... haha! But they are excellent even without syrup, and I've also tried sugar free jam on them and honey as well. Many possibilities!

Honestly, sometimes the best thing to do is to step back on the scale and see what your treats have caused! It's a huge wake up call and sometimes seeing the devastating gain is enough to force yourself to get back into it and try harder... That's how it goes for me, at least! Also, don't fear treating yourself! Portion…
