I should have finished Phase 1 this week, but I can't get past the 3rd DVD! However, I have lost 15 lbs, so not too shabby at all!

I had to turn the sound off too! She kills me with all the talking, and it was MUCH easier for me to focus on what I was doing than focusing on all her yapping! :bigsmile:

I followed the menu perfectly during the the kickstart week and lost 9 lbs. I've made a few of the recipes from the actual meal plan, and they're... okay... haha, the muffins don't look ANYTHING like they do in the book, and they are extremely dense. I'm pretty much keeping it between 1200 - 1300 calories and working out…

I'm on my 2nd week too! Disk 1 sucks. The first time I did it, my quads hurt so bad I had a hard time going up and down stairs, ramps, any sorts of inclines, haha. After a 5 day rest from disk 1 (I still did cardio and disk 2), I did it again. It was a lot easier, but it's still tough. Make sure you're letting your body…

Listen to your body - I had to skip 1 night last week, but didn't get a break until last night, and I was fine. It all depends on how you're feeling. I'm picking it back up tonight!

I did DVD 1 again tonight - had a much easier time of it (not so many breaks!) . We'll see if I'm writhing in pain tomorrow or not! :glasses:

Tomorrow makes day 7 for me - I followed the kick start diet, but there was no way I'd be able to exercise twice a day! So far it's been incredible - I've lost 8 lbs so far, the food is really not that bad (if a little redundant)...
