stop eating processed foods. read your labels on your food. if there's a lot of sodium in it, even if there aren't 'funny ingredients', its probably been processed. Most cheeses, most packaged meats, and many canned goods will have very high sodium content.

what's your sodium intake like? if you are consuming to much, you could be retaining water weight. try upping the amount of water you drink daily and lowering your sodium intake :) it should help!

they say you should mix complex carbs and lean protein at every meal. ESPECIALLY breakfast. Maybe give that a try? And also, eating little and often could be a great help :) A small meal every 3 hours can go a long, long way for your metabolism :) hope this helps!
