Eat your caloric limit for the day. If you "earn" extra calories from exercising...great! It gives you some wiggle room if you get hungry and need to eat. But only eat if you're hungry. I wouldn't recommend eating all your exercise calories though. You go into "starvation mode" if you don't eat your regular caloric goal…

It usually takes a couple of weeks to start seeing results so try not to get frustrated or lose hope. After a couple of weeks when you see the pounds falling off, you'll be SO motivated. It'll be awesome!

I enter almost all the food I eat by entering the nutritional value from the package. That way I can always find my foods easily and I know the calories are correct. If I don't have the nutrional values, I find something on the site comparable or search the web. www.chatelaine.ca has a calorie counter that is helpful.

I agree with the snack packs. Your downfall is wine....mine is beer. I usually unwind at the end of the day with a beer or two but now instead, once I get my kids to bed and clean up, I put on my jammies and go to bed early with a good book and a bottle of water. It works for me, keeps my mind of snacking and I get a good…

1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can Hunts tomato sauce 1 can Heinz tomato soup 1/2 soup can of water season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper to taste. Brown beef, drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, water and seasonings. Makes 4 cups / 1000 ml 1/2 cup (125 ml) = 135 calories
