I've noticed that I was eating something sweet almost everyday, so I'm now trying to at least skip a day or two. Otherwise I think it just becomes a habit for me. I'd rather make eating more fruit a habit for me, rather than cookies or gelato which is still fine but not everyday.

Yes me too. Just loving my fitness pal, I'm able to manage what I eat and actually think about it before I eat it. Not wanting to lose weight too fast, but I find once I started eating healther the more I wanted to seek more healthy options.
