Thanks my Purple Pretties for the encouragement. Tausha, I guess I messed up but I thought I posted my weight for last week. I lost 1.2 lbs so I am down to 171.8. Big whoops on my part I guess. Also, way to go Keerti this morning weighing in 2.8lbs lighter! Woo hoo! And Karen-the spreadsheet looks great!

I have the FIRM express DVD's and i love them! I am going to start the 4th week on monday..i feel better but haven't re-measured myself yet..i have lost 4 pounds and i am not following their recommendation for food because most of it i don't like...
