Goodluck with your wisdom teeth! Are you going to ask to keep them?! I am a dental assistant and if I ever let them pull my wisdom teeth, I will definitely keep them, but I am lucky and don't need them out! You got very far with the calories so great job!

It's okay if you don't make it to 5000. It is a goal and anything you do is a positive..whether it be 50, 500 or 5000! Any exercise is a plus, so don't worry, whatever you do will be great! Laura

I am frustrated because my HRM says I burn a lot fewer calories than I feel like it and it says I burn a lot less than what MFP says. I will do zumba for an hour and it says I only burn 300 calories or so but if you saw how sweaty I was and how hard I work, you would even think otherwise. If you get a HRM, let me know what…

Okay, so I have to change my weight. When I weighed myself the other night I was so excited that I weighed myself at night and with clothes on! My actual weight is 175.2...:tongue:

I have been doing Zumba at LA Fitness for months now. I haven't lost anything, but sprained my ankle in February and just trying to get back on track. My food habits are my main issue, but I LOVE Zumba!!!

I've gained sine my last update. It has been so hard with birthdays and anniversaries. Ugh! I'll get on it again! Back to 173.8.

Forgot to check in yesterday-I weighed myself on Friday and I was down 2 lbs from 173.8 to 171.8! Woo hoo! Great job everyone!
