Okay, so I went to my podiatrist today and found out that I have an evulsion fracture in my sesamoid bone (ball of my foot). Unfortunately, since I did this on Tuesday and am not able to walk, I only made it to 22 hours and 50 minutes! BOO!!! I might have to wear a boot for 4-6 weeks, and am only allowed to MAYBE do the…

So, since I hurt my ankle on Tuesday, I haven't been able to workout! I was just an hour and 10 minutes away and I don't know if I'll make it because it is still injured and I'm so bummed!
