I have been natural since 2007, but in 2010 I got my sisterlocs and have not looked back. I love my hair:) I am real big on natural hair care, I make sure I spray my hair every morning with my mixture and make sure I wash my hair with natural products. You can try doing wet set. This style works good hen you are working out. The older it gets, the better it looks.

Ok I have a question, I hope you guys can help. I have been doing MFP for a month and have lost 6 pounds, I feel great and my clothes are looking better. I am eating 1500 calories a day and working out 4-5 times a week. I have noticed that MFP puts everybody at 1200 calories but I was told that, that is not good for…

I eat 1,500 calories a day, and I am losing 1-2 pounds a week. Each meal for me is between 400-600 calories and with snack at 100 calories each. You have to listen to your body. 1,200 calories is not for everybody. Find out what your BMi is and then go from there.

Ok I'm doing the 30 day shred. The question that I have is how do input it into your exercise log. I do it under Aerobic 10-12 inch steps. Now I know I burn my calories then what says. Can you please help me out?
