Day off today and found myself On the edge about to jump. But I kept my sanity. I stayed under my calories, ya! Workout was good my husband keeps me motivated. TurboFire30, Core20, and Stretch10. Whew I tired and going to bed. Great job everyone and keep up the good work. :flowerforyou:

Ok today was fire 30, core 20, stretch 10. How bout you? Jsuellis-felt the same way last week but I'm still going even if I can't complete the video. We just have to keep trying and eventually it will stick. Today I felt good with fire30 because I was able to do the moves which is hard for someone that is rhythm challenge.…

Im new toMFP and ready the challenge. Losing 10lbs can be achieved with hard work and focus. Day 2 of April and I have worked out for at least 30min and eating healthy. 10lbs there you go.
