  • I used to hate peppers. Now I make a chicken and vegetable stir fry with red and green peppers and green beans and I find myself digging through the pan for more peppers! YUM!
  • Hershey's chocolate bunny last night before bed. and I am probably eating fast food for lunch today. I usually do my errands early in the morning and get home by lunch time but I have a chiropractor appointment so payday errands get pushed back to closer to lunchtime which means the 3 year old and I will be starving.

  • I log everything I eat or drink. Period. Even if it means I log a 1,000 overage. So far my biggest overage has been 600.

  • I have been up 10 minutes, and I have to take Prilosec daily or something as simple as a glass of milk with make my reflux flare up. So nothing yet this morning.
