I am not familiar with this condition...but would slightly increasing your sugar intake help? If you're depleting your stores by working out maybe this option could help? Definitely ask your doctor, though :)

I haven't drank cows milk in years. Soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk....ALL usually have more calcium and vitamin D than cows milk. My boyfriend is the reason I got into fitness last year. I always hated the way I looked but never knew what to do to fix it. I've always been very curvy. I've always had a waist but plenty of butt and thigh and boobs haha. My highest weight was 211 pounds...I now weighed in at 172 and change today. I proudly wear skinny jeans and get many compliments. I could NEVER have worn them before...they were just weird looking.
