Surprisingly, I have been doing this only since Christmas. It has just fallen off. I think it is because I went from consuming around 3000 a day to 1200-1600 a day, and adding a 20 minute run 4 times a week. I am in the same boat-- In addition to eating all my calories and losing wieght that day, I also have realized that if I dont work out as hard, or at all, and stick to just my 1200 for the day, I lose it quicker. Not to say this is the healthiest way, but it is working.

My cheat day once a week is my motivation to keep going the rest of the week. I love it, and I dont feel deprived during the week. Once it comes, I usually eat whatever I want, but find that I really cant eat as much as I used too. So, I feel even better about it!
