As long as you give your best, you can't ask for more. I would consider myself pretty fit and I had a few times at the beginning where I had to stop for a bit. Just keep at it and I am sure you will see improvement every time. Are you doing the high or low impact version? You can always take it low impact. Also start slow…

I haven't started Phase one yet but have been looking through the workouts to see what they are all about and in cardio one, on the last suicides, I think Jillian is totally distracted as her pants are sliping down. I never took notice till someone else kept saying she was always pulling her pants up in her other workout…

-
wow you look fantastic! I am doing turbofire as well...week 3 so I hope to have results like yours!

I did hiit 15 today followed by Ripped in 30 level 4. Oh boy!!!! Turbofire has definitely improved my endurance but my legs were like jelly, I had to force them to co operate!
-
does that work out for you okay to do that? In that you don't feel too sore/tired the next day? I might do the same
-
wow you look lovely!!!
-
wow you look amazing and so pretty and happy! Congratulations on changing your life!

I haven't done it yet. I am doing turbofire at the moment and want to do insanity after but I feel really scared to do it!! I couldn't do a push up a few months back either but the other day for the first time, I found them a lot easier! I think it is because I have really built up my core strength over the past months. I…

did hiit 25 today..man it was tough!

I don't like the bands too much either. I don't know what I am doing wrong but I can't seem to get the bands to stay behind, they pop infront of my shoulder and I seem to get a rub on my back from the straps which isn't nice

yeah I like Fire 45 too! Does anyone else find the Fire 45 EZ really tough? Sounds stupid but even though in the others you get the fire drills, you also get the rests too. I find 45 minutes same intensity really tough. I hope it feels better next time!

I do the hiit first, just because it is written first on the schedule. Not sure if it makes any difference though? I am curious to know too

-
wow what an inspiration! Amazing change!!!
-
congratulations! You are right; it is a lifestyle change and I think something just clicks in the brain and changes your whole way of thinking.
-
hi fellow brit! I am also from the UK and new to MFP. I am on week 2 of turbofire and really enjoying it!
-
wow amazing results! Well done!
-
don't be disheartened, it seems like you have had some great results overall. When I started working out again, I put on weight so I know how discouraging it is. Definitely try switching things up! Good luck!
-
definitely see progress, especially round your tummy! WTG!

we all have our bad days...I have had a few! On my first try of fire 55ez, I got 20 minutes in and had to give up, only because I hadn't let my dinner go down enough and it was coming back up! I felt awful about it but did it the next day instead of fire 30 to prove to myself I could do it. Tomorrow is a new day!
-
wow cool! Do you know if these will only be available in the US as I am in the UK
-
Week 2 day 2 for me. I am really enjoying it so far!
-
hi guys! I am on week 2 and loving it. I had my hit 20 today and didn't feel satisfied with the effort I had put in so I had to do it again later with more effort! I love turbo 45 the most so far I think though of course I haven't done everything as I am only on week 2. Feel free to add me anyone as I am new here!
-
you look lovely and so happy! This is a great story to read. Well done for getting so far!
-
