I found scorpion push ups a lo easier than I thought I would. Have been able to do both sets unmodified from day one. I hate chturanga hold too! I found the one legged push ups brutal too...had to modify half way through on each set. I found workout 12 easier than workout 11 by the way :) enjoy

I'm undecided whether I will do 11 and 12 for three weeks...I am on my first week of week 11 and 12 and have struggled more with these workouts than the others...definitely wont do cardio 3 for another 3 weeks...would switch that up

I am on workouts 11 and 12 this week and last week put on 2 lbs :( I do think it is related to muscle recovery though so I refuse to get on the scale every day and obsess about it! Try and focus on the positives, improvements you have made, differences in clothes etc

I did workout 9 for the first time today and while it was a challenge, it wasn't as bad as I expected. I certainly have room for improvement and need to work on my form with Dive bombers but the only modification were the plank crunches where I rested on my elbow. Looking forward to workout 10 tomorrow
