leftovers or non breakfast food. ie meatloaf or yesterday I had shrimp marinara over roasted cauliflower Today I had a hass avocado & some turkey. Was yummy & filling.

Congrats!!! So awesome! I had a friend (we no longer speak), she was totally one of those alpha females & annoyingly perfect...anyway... So growing up she who would eat like a 1/2lb of pasta at a sitting, lots of carbs, chips, crap whatever & into our 20's was never bigger then maybe a size 2. Realistically probably not…

Hi- I'm on my 3rd week. I try to avoid it but don't stress about it. Like if we're out to eat & there is some cheese on my salad...so be it. I count it in my cals & move on. But I switched to almond milk in my coffee & don't use cheese, milk, or yogurt in any of my Paleo cooking. I think its just what you prefer
