Take every compliment as a motivator instead of an excuse to go off your plan to a healthier you. Every time someone compliments you, use that to your advantage. Yes they think you look amazing, so you want to keep it that way. Honestly, compliments and fashion are my biggest motivators for keeping me in check. Sometimes…

I would never recommend going into a marriage and only fearing that it won't work out. Just don't have that mentality. My husband and I married quite young (we were both 23) and a lot of people thought it wasn't going to work out but we're almost 30 now and still going strong. Divorce isn't even part of the equation.…

I noticed I can't do an entire day of bad eating, but rather one meal. I've actually seen this help me get over a plateau as well. I guess its different for everybody, but I try to have a cheat meal once a week. It helps me avoid those cravings and binges. I can't do a cheat day, it just makes me feel like crap the entire…

The person that has an affair eventually gets whats coming to them anyways... Yes I believe in karma.

I've kept mine from my days of being at my goal weight, so I figure when I can get into them again, I'll have reached my goal.

Just ignore them is my advice. There's a lot of people on here who are not here to make friends, but there's just as many here who are. So just find the ones who are supportive and ignore the ones who are not. :)

I agree with the above advice. Slow and steady definately wins out in the end. You're doing great when it comes to weight lost and I'm sure if you stick with it you'll see the results you want to see. The trick is just not giving up :)

Fruits and veggies is what I can think of. Basically anything that is not processed, frozen dinners, etc stay away from. Breakfast ideas: - Greek yogurt - steel cut oatmeal - egg white omlettes - protein shake + fruits, maybe add some spinach if you feel experimental :p Lunch: - try brown rice bread if you really need some…

I want to do it for myself. I want to live longer disease free, and I want to be active for a long time. I don't have kids yet but when I do, I want to be able to run around with them and not miss out on anything in their lives. I also want to be healthy and feel beautiful, I know my husband deserves the best of me and I…

Like everyone else has said, start off with small changes so you don't quit at this! I would say, for every starbucks or alcohol or diet coke that you don't drink replace it with a glass of water. I had problems giving up my french vanilla at one of my fav coffee places but I did it, I started off with reducing the size IF…

I have smaller meals, place them 2-3 hours and try not to eat after 8pm. I think it's important to do that so your body isn't feeling like it's been starved. As long as you are having healthy snacks then I don't think you will gain. It's been working for me so far and by eating every few hours (like healthy snacking -…

LOL I get like that too while at the gym. I do like having at least the machines right next to me empty but I guess you can't really control which machine someone uses. It only sucks when those people smell...

Agree with majority here, speaking strictly on how she looks and not her personality, yes she looks great. I think she's one of the few females in the entertainment industry who do have curves or what I would call curves and are not a size 0, it's a refreshing change.

Looking at your photos and your weight compared to your height, you certainly don't need to lose weight. Weighing 120 lbs is quite low for your height. That's actually around my goal weight and I'm 5 inches shorter than you... so make sure you aren't starving yourself to be underweight. You are currently within the healthy…

Exercise and eat a bit more hun :) I find when I exercise I'm happier and more relaxed and also sometimes I forget about the cravings. Drink more water, you might mistake dehydration for hunger. So have a glass of water before a meal , I find it fills me up more and I eat less. Eat slowly, really enjoy your food, when you…

I would just put that behind me, and start off today as a new day. Definately exercise and eat more fruits and veggies.

I'm vegetarian myself, but in all honesty a lot of vegetarians are also over weight. Simply because you cut out meat doesn't always mean your diet will get cleaner. My husband eats meat but makes sure it's not fried, dripped in oil, etc and he's never been over-weight in his life, and no he doesn't have a fast metabolism…

I had a look at your diary and I can see that you're not really eating "meals" but more like snacks throughout the day. Why don't you start off with a good breakfast like maybe an egg white omelette or some oatmeal or a low sugar cereal. If you are eating significantly lower then you will gain quite easily and also will…

The problem with the hcg diet and any diet is the mentality that once you reach your goal weight, it's all over and you can go back to eating whatever you want.. but that's not the case. I can't imagine how someone eating only 500 calories for weeks and then suddenly being able to eat anything would be able to control…

Motivate yourself, if you work at a computer all day long put up a photo of yourself (one that you don't like) and use it as a motivator to look your best. If that doesn't work and you need encouragement, put a photo up of something that encourages you.. maybe a new wardrobe? ;) You don't need to set it as your wallpaper…

- I've cut back on pops, I use to be a coke addict where I needed to drink a can daily or I couldn't "concentrate" , I've replaced that with water - I've stopped eating out as frequently and cooking at home - I've stopped pretending not to see the labels of foods that I put into my mouth.

I let my roomie borrow my curling iron and when I came back to our apt. I needed it myself to go out and she told me that she had put it back in my room.. I couldn't find it anywhere and then she avoided me after that and said I must have misplaced it.. Then one day while she was out, I couldn't resist and peaked in her…

My honest advice would be to maybe slow down on the exercise. Your body may be exhausted and since you are not fueling it properly, it may have gone into starvation mode, making it incredibly difficult for you to drop any weight. My suggestion would be to start tracking down everything you are eating, even when you are on…

I actually did this too... and so far it's a good motivator for me :)
