  • Medifast has a plan for nursing mothers that I wish I had known about. 2 1/2 years after my son was born, I've lost all the weight I gained with pregnancy and all the weight I gained after I stopped b'feeding. I'm down 50 pounds - and although the first few days were hard, it's been an "easy" diet! Good luck to you!

  • Day 2, Level 1 - done last night. Not as much pain as after day 1.
  • PB2 Chocolate!! I order mine from Amazon, much cheaper than what I've seen in my local specialty food stores. I like to mix it into my Chocolate Chip Soft Bake - sometimes I cook it, sometimes I eat the dough raw! Yum.

  • Sandy's site has great recipes. I like the one for really lean ground beef and cabbage.
