You have started the path to a new you! I started off at 353 pounds and understand the pain the body feels after walking. You making short goals is important. For me I couldn't focus on the huge amount I need to lose, I focus on every ten pounds to lose. Good luck in your weight loss and becoming a more healthy you.

Are you making sure you are eating enough during the day? If you get too hungry then it will be harder to stick to the calories at night. Also make sure you are getting enough protein that will help keep your full longer.

The first thing you need to do if forgive yourself and put that in your past, skipping your meals tomorrow will not make up for the pizza you ate. Lesson learned and move forward! You have a ton of support here and together we will help each other through these bumps in the road! :smile:

Congratulations on your weight loss, did you do it with surgery or have you just done it on your own? I think it is wonderful that you chose to become healthier!
