Well depending on your weight, you can drop 2-3 each week, which equates to 4-6, and that can make a world of difference with pull ups. In reality you should have made more time to prepare for this, that would have been the better solution. However, make sure you are eating at a -500 deficit. (NO CHEATING) Also, again,…

No you did it right. If he was being friendly he wouldn't care if you were taken. If he was being flirty you just saved him some time and effort. Kudos to you guys, that was the correct answer.

lol, it really isn't but ok. If you just want to get pull ups, just do negatives every other day But no, it isn't easier to increase your strength with pull ups sorry, bodyweight trumps. But believe what you want.
-
Pull ups is a body weight exercise. The easiest way to increase them is to decrease your body weight. (BF% obviously) Also, try negatives and the lat pulldown machine. A negative is, stand on something in front of the bar, get yourself to the top (cheating) and slowly lower yourself down. Good luck!

oh my lord, you are a terrible woman and you should feel bad

Neat. I want to eventually write a book someday (I know every dude on the block says this, don't get me wrong), I have a "story" i have been pondering for a few years. What kind of fiction? Genre specific. Poetry I cannot necessarily get into, but I can appreciate other people's tastes! As far as the hope thing, I can…

Healthy space meaning not being needy. If we went on a date and I was aggressive enough to let you know I was interested, that is what I mean by making a move. Healthy space then would be me not texting you every 5 minutes after said date and calling you my little pumpkin patch. Get it now?

Well then, you should be in the money. As far as setting the bar too high, it still can come back and bite you in the *kitten*. Don't get me wrong, nice things are nice every once in a while. However "smothering" will generally not help your cause. (I am not saying your particular situation is "smothering", however if you…

1) do you bother doing it? No, smothering women with those favors gives off a "subliminal" message that you are a pushover. Temporarily it may work it your favor, but it will eventually blow up in your face. Women love to see how far they can use men, even if they know it or not. 2) do you really want to see a girl you may…

Nice job, I have had days like that. Feels good! @Anna lol I would but I would just copy paste your response :P
-
Well reality still says that if you cannot eat, it doesn't matter how much you love your job, you are still not eating. You will not be happy. Aside from that, different mentalities i suppose. Do what you do :)

High five!

You are viewing it as an black and white case. I always consider that even if you love something, a job is a job. An example: Let us say (this will probably never happen) I was hired to work for a gaming company doing programming. I love games, and like coding. However coming up with the math, and setting up the systems…

I wouldn't take it that way, to be honest you may be very successful in your profession, I just personally dont like taking chances. Keep in mind that is just my opinion. I am sure there are cases of people shooting for the stars and being successful.

lol I wouldn't be shamed about it! It is fun with the right people. However you have certain camps of RPers: - One camp that gets REALLY into it (dresses up; goes downtown; blah blah) Not me ever lol. - One camp that casually does it basically to hang out with friends and have some laughs. Of course it isn't for a lot of…

I haven't played those, I actually like the genre steam punk, and wouldn't mind getting into that (simply because I haven't before). My favorite so far is probably werewolf! In general I am biased to D10, but D20 is close behind!

Ok I guess I can help, but your position is terrible, might need to try some new positions, I will give you a hand. ;) :)

Not a story this time, but some VERY random facts about myself: - I donated over 700 dollars (I am not saying that is a lot of money, just simply saying that I totally support his cause) to the Ron Paul campaign last year! The man is an inspiration, I would love to meet him and shake his hand. - When I was a kid I was a…

I got lots of catching up to do! @ Anna - Professional girl huh? Don't worry i tried the marriage thing myself, it was a terrible idea. Owned your own business at one point huh? Very impressive! @ Beth; Hi I am Zach! LOL I can't believe you love math, I tolerate math because I see the purpose of it, but It isn't something…

lol wtf I confess that I may or may not have dabbled in D&D; Star Wars (RP Game); Werewolf; Vampire; Gurps.... Bunch of closet nerds in this group.

Hey guys, been slightly busy. I will read through these later and comment, and maybe share another one of my "adventures"! Anyways, Let us keep this thread rolling! I will edit this post later! I appreciate everyone opening up!

Never talk about it imo. People are much more impressed when they find out. When you talk about it you come off as a try hard. That however kind of sticks with my personality anyways, I tend to speak with actions and less with words. In general I find words tend to be meaningless. Regardless, I wouldn't talk about it,…

No you are simply arguing for arguing. Your "counter argument" is that since all terms are subjective we should burn all terms. However that assumes that I literally meant the terms should be destroyed from the English language. However my statement was basically (using a slang saying aka "die in a fire") suggesting I am…

Now you are simply arguing for the sake of arguing. My point is the terms are overused and ridiculous. Just be confident in who you are, and by "confident" I don't mean overly cocky.
