Just implement cardio during the week, or more cardio, to account for the excess cals you will consume during the weekend. Or do it on the weekend whatever works.

Weight in my experience can bounce around 5 lbs. This is why instead of trying to determine a specific weight for yourself, I would suggest going by "hitting new lows". Anything you can learn from a trainer you can learn on the web. The only positive a trainer would provide would be watching your form on certain exercises, like squats and deads. If you aren't doing those you don't really need one.

When I was much bigger and wasn't able to actually run I would hop onto a treadmill and set the speed for 3 mph and turn the resistance up. Just walk like that for around an hour and you will burn a decent amount of calories. It shouldn't blow up your heart rate.
