Hi I've got asthma and a fast hart rate there quite stable with medication, problem is I can't do much cardio I can manage a med/fast walking but I really whan to start jogging any heints or tips?

When I was much bigger and wasn't able to actually run I would hop onto a treadmill and set the speed for 3 mph and turn the resistance up. Just walk like that for around an hour and you will burn a decent amount of calories. It shouldn't blow up your heart rate.2

There's nothing at all wrong with walking for fitness. Even at slower speeds it may take you longer to get the burn you want but it's still good for you. Heck, it's less impact on your joints than running.1
