I'm updating my weight! CW: 170 GW: 154 I've been drinking 8 cups of water instead of 6, and I'm doing yoga before I go to bed (never done that before)

I'm doing it with 1 pound ones :blushing: They are light for some excercises, but perfect for others. (and perfect for someone who has got absolutely no musles in her arms like myself :p) Just take the ones you are the most comfortable with!

I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is 154! I've been there before, and if i try to get lower my body just says no ;)

I honestly have got no clue what FE and PE means :D I think the education system where I'm from (Belgium) is quite different than yours ;) I'm not sure if I'm going to do the 2 years extra to get my civil engineering diploma... It all depends on my motivation when the time comes :D

I lost half a pound! It's not much, but it's something :D I'm glad a lost something because I couldn't work out last week... I have a knee injury, so I have to take it slow for a while... Good luck everyone!

Hey! I'm checking in again! I've lost 1.5 pounds this week. (but I gained 3 the week before...) I know I'm never going to lose the 10 pounds with my bad start last week, but I'll see how far I can get! Good luck everyone, and you're all doing amazing! x

I had a bad week :( I didn't watch what I ate and gained 3 lbs... I'm starting turbo jam today, to get an extra workout with the ripped in 30 program I'm following... I'm going to really watch what I eat too. I hope I have better results next week!
