i am so glad someone else says this works like you said everyone thinks you have to strenght train to lose weight. you can lose weight with just cardio. you can lose lots of weight that way

first i am so glad you had the courage to bring this up because i was wondering the same thing. i normally go at least twice when i was eating what ever i wanted. now that i am eating much much more fruits and vegetables ( which i thought would make me go) i don't even go once a day. what is up with that.:ohwell:

yes i pretty much eat the same thing but i switch up the friut and the protein but make sure it the same portion size. Like someone else said it's easier for not have to think about what i going to eat this way there is no chance i would make a bad food choice trying to decide at the last minute.

it ok to snack but it's what you snack on that is the issue. try to change some of your snack grab a piece of friut or some celery sticks or a yogurt. I know I know easier said than done but at least try it this way if you have to have a snack it something calorie friendly and low in fat.

i understand completely how you feel i worked out like a dog this weekend and watched my intake and i did not lose one pound. i feel so discourage and that is what makes you want to give up. I'll encourage you if you encourage me maybe we can beat this thing together
