I'm not gaining but I am not losing either. It has taken me just about a month to lose 8lbs. I think that is nothing expecially when you are a bigger person but I digress.

I lost 4lbs the first week but have only lost an additional 4lbs in the last two weeks. Very slow progress for me.

Im no expert and I don't have a lot of proven fact went it comes to dieting but I viewed your food diary for the last five or six days and you went over your calories I believe it wasfour out of six days that maybe the problem and some of those days were substanial amounts of overage.

I always feel like I want some type of snack that I shouldn't have. I may already had an apple with peanut butter, or some other piece of fruit as my snack but it doesn't help the craving at all. thanks everyone for all the info and imput, these numbers are so crazy and off that i decided that i will not log my exercise and deal with the 1610 calories that are giving to me. i will continue to exercise just not log it. i'm eating good and losing weight and that's the goal. Thanks again

I don't have a lot of knowledge about all of this stuff but for me if I don't exercise it doesn't matter how little I eat I will not lose weight plan and simple for me. I must exercise if I want result. I won't gain weight but I definitely won't lose.

CEOVERTURF I'm only going on what MFP tells me. I didn't say I burned 800-900 I said MFP give me an additional 800-900 calories to eat due to the work out that I have done. I thought my page was open I will open it now so you guys can see what I eat and what type of exercise I do what numbers MFP gives me based on that.

yes it's possible people on my favorite show (the biggest loser) i know some people on here don't like that show for some reason but they do it all the time and i won't be ashamed to say i myself have lost 15lbs in one week but i was on diet pills when that happened. i know they are not good for you as well but to answer…
