Very quick comparison - before and now - with pic

Hi,
I stumbled on a picture I took on the day I decided to take stock of my weight issues. At the time I didn't think there was anything wrong the picture but looking back on it now there is a hell of a difference.
The picture (on the right(!)) I took today just as a quick one time only picture. I never used to do this before, I'd always retake and retake until I was happy.
Approx weight in left picture is around 25 and a half stone, weight in right pic 19stone 3lbs.

Congrats, you look great!! I know what you mean about taking and retaking pics, I have always had to do that too. Still doing it, but maybe one day I too will reach a point where one is enough!0
