If you have a routine you follow daily, you might want to change it, your body could have gotten used to it , i would say switch it up a bit..

Hello! I also have about 50lbs more to go! All i did was stop eating greesy and fried food aswell as sweets and soda and it actually helped me lose some weight and i also work out atleast 3-4 times a week! What about yourself?

Thanks guys! .. Meal replacement is why i like protein shakes, sometimes i honestly cant use up all my calories because i'm not too hungry so i drink a protein shake to use up some of those remaining calories.

i honestly dont think you will lose anything eating everything, with my personal experience i stopped eating fried food,sweets, drinking sodas, and lowered my carb intake and thats what helped me lose weight, i don't believe you can lose anything if you keep eating junk food or greesy food even if u stay within your…
