I sold a little girl a pair of roller skates at cost, instead of making a profit. And it really made her happy and she was super excited. I love skating and I remember learning and I know that girl is gonna have a blast on those skates. And that was the best immediate satisfaction that I experienced today.

I think this is the negativity she was referring to. Bullets are number one! I also loove to use my inner muscles to keep things alive and 'healthy'... I can eat up to 1900 and still lose. I do the numbers that the calculator gives me according to my height and weight. It says I lose two pounds a week but I more than double that.

Or you could put sedentary and then add your daily work in--like using the house cleaning activity... or something similar. Of course that would probably over estimate your calories burned... I would see how much the difference is... and then decide... you should probably go with the lower amount if you want to lose weight…

Don't eat if you're full. Even if you overfeed a baby (my mom was pro at that) the baby will throw up. Stop eating. I'm 5'4" I want to be 180. I like my bust and buttocks, its the rest that bugs. Plus if I weigh any less than that I'll have like no muscle, I'm a solid girl under my excess. I don't remember what size that I Was then... I think its like a 14? Maybe a 12. I was very comfortable, though.

I wouldn't be concerned with what other people are concerned with. I have an android phone and there are many fitness apps which use the GPS to clock your speed. I do agree with coach about logging it to know you've done it for your pride.

I second this. There's plenty of moms who don't put their kids first if you're already purging 2-3 times a day then you can't even carry to term if you can even get pregnant in the first place. I gained 100 pounds during pregnancy so yeah good luck

1660/315.2 lbs/5'4" my pound goal is 180 although charts tell me its like 120-140, I'm a very muscle bound person. Typically people think I weigh about 50 pounds less than I do.
