Well I only have to get 60g of protein a day. I use body fortress whey protein. 15 bucks at Walmart . They also have protein bars cheap too. Try pollo string cheese n an egg. Nonfat Greek yogurt is good like 12-14g protein. Keep up the good work

I'm on week 15 and have lost 65lbs! I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. Before I would have found this boring but now food don't really do it for me anymore. And that's a GOOD thing. I think ur ok as long as u don't go overboard with it. I'm a dipper! I still us a bit of ranch or a1 for my meats. I haven't had a prob with sugar. I put it in my coffee because the sugar sweeteners freak me out lol.

Thanks everyone. I'm getting use to my once a weaker but oooommmmgggg! Does it kick my *kitten*! I have incredible pain that day and when I'm done I feel like I did one hell of a work out lol n need a nap.

Have yo tried childrens flinstone vitimans? My doc says two of them will do. There not great but not bad either. I'm looking forward to fitting in some old cloths and just feeling better about myself. Does anyone have a fear of gaining the weight back?

My next apt with my doc is in two weeks. I'm thinking hewill schedule me at that time. I seem to be talking myself in and out of this journey.. but…
