Moms into Fitness has a dvd just for women with diastasis recti. I didn't have diastasis recti, so I can't offer you any review of the dvd. However, I don't think that it is very expensive, maybe $10. It might be worth checking out. It's called the Core Sequence Firing Method, I believe.

I'm a SAHM to three, ages 8, 4, and 2. My husband is currently deployed, so I'm going at it alone. I'm pretty lean and fit. I'm just looking forward to lowering my body fat percentage, and I hoping that my thighs will like my jeans a little more in the end.

I used to do her workouts, but I've been doing HIIT for so long now that I just make up my own thing. I visited her site for the first time in months just a week ago. I saw that she has started charging for her videos. That's a bummer. fitnessblender.com has some pretty good HIIT routines.
