If I remember correctly, they base the lowest number off of a 130 woman. With that being said, I'm a 129 pound woman, and according to my HRM, I always fall in the mid range on their calorie burn scale. I don't think that you will have any issue if you just take the lowest number as your calorie burn.

If you can complete 12-15 reps of an exercise with good form, then you are not lifting heavy enough. 12-15 reps is in the muscular endurance range, and it won't help you with fat loss goals.

It's to make the eggs fluffier. It's basically the same idea as adding milk or cream. Sometimes, I cook breakfast for supper, and I mix my eggs in the batter that is left over from the pancakes.

I really like egg salad wraps. You can make the egg salad ahead and stick it in the fridge. Buy the wraps that you like (I like tomato), add the egg salad, veggies, and sandwich meat if you like. You could even add tuna to it.

My sister is taking this medication and has gone from a size 20-22 to a size 10. Thankfully, she has added regular exercise to her routine, but, unfortunately, I don't think that she has really gotten the diet aspects. Numbness is usually a nerve problem. You should see a doctor. If you have been working out, then it is possible that you could have had improper form on some exercises that cause a muscle tightness or alignment issue.

I agree that it's a portion problem. Take the KFC Go Cup, for instance. It's being marketed as a quick "snack," but it's more than enough food to be a full blown meal.

Oh yes, but it's not just chewing sounds. It can be any little repetitive or annoying noise. It could be the way someone breathes or finger nails tapping on a counter or sounds that keep playing over and over in music. Of course, that list definitely isn't all inclusive.

I had one for over a year, and I had it removed due to the bleeding. I bled almost daily the entire year. Plus, it gave me terrible acne. I didn't notice any weight issues, though.

Yup. I was trying to help you out with all the people saying it wouldn't burn 1000 calories. It may not burn that much for one person in particular, but for another person, it just might. If you go to the actual website that this workout came from, then you can read in the text that the estimated calorie burn for the entire workout is in the range of 600 to 1000 calories depending on age, weight, current fitness level, etc. So, it's not promising that every person will burn 1000 calories doing this workout.

What's the point in boiling eggs if you aren't going to eat them? I've eaten Easter eggs every single year of my life that I can remember. If they are killing me, then it's obviously a slow process.

Exercise, especially strength training, will help reduce the appearance, but cellulite has a genetic component as well. I love to exercise and strength train. I'm about 20% BF, but I still have some cellulite. Thanks, Mom!
