Really Fast But Healthy Meal Ideas

I hate cooking & never have time.
I have to eat a lot of food because I'm really active and have a super fast metabolism. I need lots of carbohydrates or else I get hungry within 10 minutes after eating. I need really filling foods.
I'm experimenting with fast but healthy meals and snacks and would love more ideas!
Sometimes I just eat ingrediants. Sometimes I literally just eat a peice of fruit, a handful of nuts or I literally just mix up ingrediants that I have in the fridge or laying around on the counter and eat them together and end up inventing some really good tasting things. For example, yesterday I cut up an avocado and put it in a bowl with a scoop of plain greek yogurt, a handful of sunflower seeds, some lettuce, pre-sliced cheese, then I just grabbed two slices of bread, put some mustard on it and assembled all of this onto the bread as I ate. The fastest lunch in the world and it tasted amazing.
I like quick smoothies, I just pop in a bunch of fruits, veggies, nuts, milk, yogurt, ice and frozen berries and I get a fast meal that is well balanced with fats, protiens, and simple carbs, but it still lacks in real long lasting carbs.
I also like my crock pot, because I can just place anything in it and have it ready for dinner. For dinner, I've cooked up a bunch of bone marrow, chicken livers, a big chunk of ham with carrots.
I like to roast a bunch of root vegetables at one time and then have them for a few days whenever I want something yummy to eat. These are supposed to be complex carbohydrates but they really leave me hungry after 10 minutes, even if I eat 2 plates.
I literally do eat my meat raw sometimes because I just hate cooking. But meat doesn't fill me up very well either.
I need some ideas for foods that are really filling and that will keep me full for a long time, that are fast to cook. Problem is I can't have wheat or gluten or rice.

Wheat Tortilla
Spinach
Hummus(favorite flavor)
Instant brown rice from trader joes
Avacado
Sriracha
Step 1) Spread Hummus on Tortilla
Step 2) Put Rice on Tortilla
Step 3) Add Spinach and Avacado
Step 4) Add Chicken
Step 5) Add the sauce
Step 6) Roll it into a wrap

I really like egg salad wraps. You can make the egg salad ahead and stick it in the fridge. Buy the wraps that you like (I like tomato), add the egg salad, veggies, and sandwich meat if you like. You could even add tuna to it.0
