Welcome! The first week was definitely the hardest for me! I was soooo grumpy, that the girls at work told me to 'just eat something and be happy"! haha! Fortunately, it became easier, and in three weeks, I've lost 15 lbs! I have faith in you and know you can do it too! So let the FUN begin! :laugh:
