Make a goal for yourself, give yourself a reasonable timeline and treat yourself to a day spa/ shopping spree/ trip when that date has arrived. I did this for myself. Going with my friend in March to Atlantis Day Spa in Reno. We have something exciting to look forward to. Best wishes for you!

I got chills reading your post. The last time I went to the grocery store I decided not to get any cereals for my boys because of GMOs. But really it is in so much it is difficult to eat healthy. I guess if you just eat out of your own garden it is healthy but them there are also chemtrails(geo-engineering) falling on…

Polar FT4. This heart rate monitor is awesome! My siberian husky got a hold of my chest (strap doggy teeth and all) and it still works! Quite amazing. I paid about $64 for it but well worth it. heartratemonitorusa.com has them at a nice price. checking ebay is always a good idea too. I love having a heart rate monitor.

Good advise. I ran my first 5k in October and Loved it! (Warrior Dash) I was truly amazed how many people bolted at the starting line. I started with an easy jog to get my breathing right. Set a goal for yourself. I have maintained for a long time but was not really pushing myself very hard to lose more body fat. Recently had a friend invite me to a 5k run and wow has it made a difference in having a goal to work towards. I have totally cut back on drinking wine which was almost a daily for me. After my 5k…

Using a sulfate free shampoo like Pureology or Bed Head (Pink bottle "Epic Volume")isnt as damaging if you have to wash it everyday like me. I'm super oily. If you are not that oily, rinse and condition. Don't keep hair wrapped in towel longer than 4 minutes, it pulls good oils right out of your hair.

Hi there, Im not an expert but i do agree with the guy/ girl who posted about more water and lifting weight. I have also heard that food is like a fire in your body. If yo do not consume enough calories with working out, your internal fire dies and then your body goes into feast/famine mode. Your body will hold onto fat…

I have been instructing Zumba for about a year and a half. A few moths ago, I had some ladies in my class do a fitness challenge. We did not do a wight loss challenge. What we did was measure everyone and after 6 weeks remeasured again. The winner in my class lost 9.75 inches all over. Zumba is a fun cardio exercise for…
