What helps me is to remember the things I can control vs what I cannot I can control what I eat, how much I sleep, how much water I drink, my exercise I cannot control how fast or slow my body loses weight, how it takes on muscle, or loses fat, if it wants to hold on…

eggs and tuna are my go to for protein - 3 eggs for breakfast is about 200 calories and 15 grams of protein. 2 cans of tune (in water) has only 300 calories and 66 grams of protein. yogurt is a great protein filled snack - so is a small glass of milk - both can have 8+ grams. Good luck :smile:

This is how it was explained to me, as a good way to estimate it: Light effort: You can hold a conversation, or can sing Moderate: You can talk if you need to, cannot sing Vigorous: Very hard to speak I do that test with myself when I'm working out to see where I'm at
