Yes - but its this tiny little 1st generation ipod nano i bought forlike 10 bucks on ebay - has like 500 mb - not even a gig of memory, but it has a couple hours worth of music and works great

Day 1 - 50 squats Done Day 2 - 55 squats Done BUT today I did an extra 120 squats with another workout - so Day two was really 175 :blushing:

I adore my fitbit! I work on my feet and it's really helped me figure out which days I really should be eating more and taking care of myself. It automatically synks with mfp and it wont let you unintentionally double log your calorie burned if you wearing during exercise and log that activity later. Super helpful!
