Maybe this would still trigger you, but its my favorite healthy dessert: Frozen banana + food processor (or strong blender) = banana"ice cream" its cold, and smooth, and tastes so creamy and good. A banana is around a 100 calories, so one banana plus a few dark chocolate chips, or some nuts mixed in.....so good

I calculated my TDEE without exercise, so that I could calculate my daily burn separately, over wise, wouldn't it be like tracking my calories burned from exercise twice - if they are counted in my TDEE and I log them? I might be wrong, please correct me.
