  • My goal is to lose 8 pounds a month after the initial phase, and 10 pounds on the initial phase. I want to eat healthier and lower my cholesterol, as well as get in good physical condition so that I can hike, bike ride and golf in the Spring without issue. Here's to a healthier, smaller us!

  • Isn't it great to see the numbers moving in the RIGHT direction!?! I am down too but I am only starting Day 3 so I am not recording it. I am going to make Sunday my official WI day even though I did not start until Wednesday the 2nd.

  • Day two for me as well. I have done well but I was still a little under in calories. I only had 1040. But I did better than yesterday. Yesterday it was only about 850 calories.
