  • I had a week of "I don't care what I eat" and I zoomed up in weight. In control this morning. Had a good breakfast of 2 hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and unsweetened applesauce. Now to keep on track for lunch. :drinker:

  • That works for me for posting. I need to get this weight off. I found a treadmill that I have accerss to until warmer weather when I walk outdoors and bike ride, so I am planning in using it after work every night. That will help boost my calorie burn a little bit. :)

  • I also take an Omega 3 and a multi vitamin every day. I also take calcium since I am trying to get my bone to fuse with my new hips. But as far as weight loss, I am my own worst enemy! I have had a lot of things that are NOT on the 17 day diet. I am still plugging along though.

  • I just started Cycle 2 today, and I was so pleased to have my oatmeal back (that I used to gripe about eating before by the way). I lost 9.6 pounds on Cycle 1. My goal was 10, so I am pleased. SW 183.4 CW- 173.8 C2GW- 165 Keep up the good work ladies!!! You are all doing awesome!
