  • There's nothing like the understanding when someone else has gone through the same thing. Helps you not feel alone and they can tell you what's normal as you go along this path. I'm sure you will do fine, being in good shape from exercising will help a lot with the recovery. So glad the prognosis is a positive one.

  • Hi tochatty. I just find my last post, copy it and hit reply and paste it. I then add my workout to my previous one. Or if you have a calender at home you can write your workout on the day and subtract from there.
