No, you can join anytime! If you've already exercised some this month, just post it; if not will be tougher to get to the 24hrs but it just depends how long you exercise. Either way, happy to have you and good luck!

I just started it and love it, it kicks my butt but is over quickly. I am only doing it every other day though because I'm almost 50 and my muscles need the extra rest (that's my story and I'm sticking to it ). I do yoga, walking and/or biking on the alternate days. It's funny this came up now. I am starting the 5:2 today. I don't completely fast. On the 2 days, I eat 500-700 calories. Tried it awhile back and liked it so want to do again. How do you want to do it? Are you creating a group or something?

I post the same challenge every month. You can search it under 24 Hour Challenge. Some people go way over, some just make it, and some (like me this month) don't make it but exercise more than they would have if it hadn't been for the challenge. Good luck and join us next month.

Thanks, just went to visit her - it was great to see her at home instead of the hospital. Her spirits are good right now and she seems to be healing well. Next step is chemo but has a little time until then.

It depends on how much you exercise, but even if you don't make it , it's fun trying! If you exercised this month before the 12th, you can still put that time on your post to give yourself credit for what you've done so far.
