I'm finishing my second fast day as well. Had a couple of quite hungry times but seem to have seen them through. I lost 2.6 lbs this week! I really like this way of eating. That's a good idea. That sounds much more doable than the standard 21 days to form a habit, seemed like I never could make it the 21 days, but thinking of it as 4 days at a time, just mentally would work better for me.

I plan to stop drinking coffee (because I have to have sugar and creamer in it, Splenda just doesn't work for me in hot drinks). Anyway, today was my first day without it and did fine with just having my cold tea with Splenda.

Today is actually my first fast day and I decided not to work out on the fast days for now, maybe a walk. Other days, I alternate biking, yoga, and walk/hiking. I love exercising- that's never been my problem, it's what and how much I eat. Hoping this helps with that problem.
