As long as you consider it exercise it counts. It doesn't matter how hard you go, just the minutes/time. So a casual walk counts if you are going specifically to exercise. This way, I think it works as a challenge for the most people. Good luck!

I know what you mean. Even if I don't make it, thinking about getting to 24hrs for the challenge still makes me do more than I otherwise would. Also, I post this challenge every month, so you can try to improve every month. Good luck with the rest of the month.

I just copy and paste the workouts to the next post, but you can do what works for you best. Sorry that you've had a knee injury. Impressed that you are still getting your exercise in anyway. I going out of town so not going to be easy getting my hours this month but that's why it's a challenge :)
