Some really great ideas: * The first 10 lbs. loss - 1 hour massage * Lost 15 more lbs. - 1 hour massage * When I loss 20 lbs. more (for a total 45 lbs lost overall -- and I am 4 lbs. 6 ozs away!) -- Not sure...Maybe a massage and getting my hair done/ or shopping spree.

Love Cocount milk and Almond milk. I like Soy milk to but so has a lot of natural estrogen in it, and breast cancer is in my family history so I don't use soy milk as much.

I like to make mine with coconut milk and add dried fruit of choice after it is cooked. A little dab of honey if you would like extra sweetner.

Hi there, I am a 38 DD. It would hurt so bad when I would jog with my reagular sport bra. I just recently found a great sports bra, it is a bit pricey. It is Women's Endure Sports Bra (DD Cup) Tops by Under Armour . They run $40 - 60. It fits really snug, but diffently helps elminate bounce. Hope that helps.

There are some delicious frozen yogurt options, and are 100 calories or less. Or frozen fruit bars. Blue Bell makes an all natural strawberry bar that is 70 calories.
