I'm from Seattle. Have a cabin at Stevens Pass and ski there every single weekend from open to close. Absolutely love the mountain life.

If you want good quality of life this is the place. Where else can you dive for crab in the morning and ski all afternoon? If your outdoorsy and love being active this place has everything. Sure its not sunny all the time, but for green surroundings, clean air and less population and overcrowding its worth it.

You will feel amazing. I cant commit to it 100% because I have a life and its just impossible to eat paleo sometimes but I do it whenever I can ie every day for breakfast and lunch and try my best for dinner and when travelling. I feel and look so much better and I've always been a very healthy eater, its just hard for me…
